About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace that connects independent retailers directly with thousands of popular Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands. We provide the inventory, the digital catalog, and the logistics, while independent sales partners build local trust to grow their own book of business. We are looking for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to take over and grow their own local sales territory in the Philadelphia Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you run your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, backed by our phone app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items. You will be targeting independent retailers across the Philadelphia Metro Area, including convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and any independently owned business that sells CPG goods. Your role involves walking into stores, pitching the RepRally platform, prospecting new stores, earning owner trust, managing client relationships, and using our mobile app to facilitate initial orders and secure continuous re-orders.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is a plus, but a refusal to give up is what matters.
- Comfort with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
- Love for the freedom of running your own day and executing your own sales strategy without a boss.
- Operate as your own entity.
- Provide your own valid driver's license.
- Provide a reliable vehicle to get around.
- Provide a smartphone with a data plan.
