About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We enable stores to bypass traditional distributors by combining our digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Our independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while we provide the inventory, digital catalog, and logistics. We are seeking motivated, highly driven independent contractors to establish and grow their own local sales territory in the Philadelphia Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will operate as your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by our mobile app and extensive product catalog.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is beneficial, but a strong drive and persistence are key.
- Comfort with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
- Enjoyment of the freedom to run your own day and execute your own sales strategy.
- Provision of your own valid driver's license.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Possession of a smartphone with a data plan.
Responsibilities
- Targeting independent retailers (convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, etc.) in the Philadelphia Metro Area.
- Conducting independent outreach by visiting stores and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
- Prospecting new stores, building trust with owners, and managing client relationships.
- Facilitating initial orders using the mobile app and actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
