About The Position

RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace that connects independent retailers directly with thousands of popular Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands. We provide the inventory, the digital catalog, and the logistics, while independent sales partners build local trust to grow their own book of business. This role involves taking over and growing a local sales territory in the Portland Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will run your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by a mobile app and a catalog of thousands of items. You will target independent retailers such as convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, and smoke shops, focusing on building relationships and driving sales through the RepRally platform.

Requirements

Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is beneficial, but a strong drive is essential.
Comfort with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
Ability to operate as your own entity.
Provide your own valid driver's license.
Provide a reliable vehicle for transportation.
Provide a smartphone with a data plan.

Walking into stores, getting past the counter, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
Prospecting new stores, earning the owner's trust, and managing your own client relationships.
Using the mobile app to facilitate initial orders.
Actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
