About The Position

RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for costly middleman distributors by providing a digital platform and fostering face-to-face relationships through independent sales partners. As an independent contractor, you will build local trust to grow your own book of business, supported by our inventory, digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to take over and grow their own local sales territory in the Newark Metro Area. You will operate as your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, with support from our mobile app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items.

Requirements

Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is a plus, but a strong drive and refusal to give up is essential.
Comfort with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
Enjoyment of the freedom to run your own day and execute your own sales strategy independently.
Must provide your own valid driver's license.
Must provide a reliable vehicle for transportation.
Must have a smartphone with a data plan.

Responsibilities

Targeting independent retailers across the Newark Metro Area (convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and other independently owned businesses selling CPG goods).
Walking into stores, getting past the counter, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
Prospecting new stores, earning the owner's trust, and managing your own client relationships.
Using our mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
