About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace that connects independent retailers directly with thousands of popular Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands. We provide the inventory, the digital catalog, and the logistics, while independent sales partners build local trust to grow their own book of business. We are looking for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to take over and grow their own local sales territory in the Jersey City Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you run your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, backed by our phone app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items. You will be targeting independent retailers across the Jersey City Metro Area—convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and any independently owned business that sells CPG goods. Your role involves independent outreach by walking into stores and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners, relationship management through prospecting new stores and earning owner trust, and driving volume by using our mobile app to facilitate initial orders and securing continuous re-orders.
Requirements
- Operate as your own entity.

Responsibilities
- Targeting independent retailers across the Jersey City Metro Area (convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and any independently owned business that sells CPG goods).
- Walking into stores, getting past the counter, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
- Prospecting new stores, earning the owner's trust, and managing your own client relationships.
- Using our mobile app right in the aisle to facilitate initial orders.
- Actively managing your accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
