About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with CPG brands, bypassing traditional distributors. We provide the platform, inventory, digital catalog, and logistics, while independent sales partners build local trust and grow their own business. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to take over and grow their own local sales territory in the Kansas City Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will run your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by a mobile app and a catalog of thousands of items.
Requirements
- Operate as your own entity.
- Provide your own valid driver's license.
- Possess a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Have a smartphone with a data plan.
- Comfort with cold pitching and persistence.
- Ability to work independently and execute your own sales strategy.

Responsibilities
- Targeting independent retailers across the Kansas City Metro Area, including convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and other independently owned businesses selling CPG goods.
- Walking into stores, getting past the counter, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
- Prospecting new stores, earning the owner's trust, and managing your own client relationships.
- Using the mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
