About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for high-priced middleman distributors by combining our digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Our independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while we provide the inventory, digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to build and grow their own local sales territory in the Kansas City Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will operate your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by our mobile app and a vast product catalog. You will target independent retailers such as convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, and smoke shops, focusing on building relationships and driving sales through our app for initial orders and continuous re-orders.
Requirements
- Operate as your own entity.
- Provide your own valid driver's license.
- Possess a reliable vehicle.
- Have a smartphone with a data plan.
- Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is a plus.
- Comfort with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
- Enjoy the freedom of running your own day and executing your own sales strategy without direct supervision.

- Actively manage accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
