Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry licensed in the state where the practice will be located.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
• Dedication to improving patient health and happiness.
• Knowledge of and eagerness to incorporate new technology into practice.
• Innovative, proactive, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Business-minded with a drive to deliver results.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

Responsibilities

• Practice optometry independently, managing your own practice and patient records.
• Leverage Warby Parker's customer base and marketing program for practice growth.
• Collaborate with the Warby Parker store team to ensure a seamless patient-customer experience.
