We are seeking a patient, dependable, and supportive Independent Living Services (ILS) Instructor to provide afternoon services for an individual with Autism and a Psychiatric Disorder. This role focuses on building independence, improving daily living skills, and increasing meaningful participation in the community. The ideal candidate is encouraging, adaptable, and comfortable providing structured support, reminders, and hands-on guidance when needed. Primary goals of support include improving personal care and hygiene routines, supporting home management and household organization, developing financial literacy and basic budgeting skills, and encouraging community engagement and participation in activities.
