Requirements
- 21+ years old with a valid California driver’s license
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Comfortable with physical work and full shifts
- Strong communication skills and a helpful mindset
- Trainable and ready to go above and beyond for our customers
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to work at least one weekend day
- Smartphone capable of downloading required apps
Responsibilities
- Work with a teammate in a branded company truck
- Travel to homes and businesses throughout the bayarea
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Work with a teammate to provide on-site estimates
- Remove unwanted items safely and efficiently
- Lift and carry items 75+ lbs throughout the day
- Divert materials for donation, recycling, or proper disposal
- Stay connected with dispatch to keep your route organized
