Requirements

• 21+ with a valid CA driver’s license and clean record for the past 3 yrs
• Strong communicator who’s confident talking to customers
• Positive, reliable, and ready to hustle
• Physically able to lift and move items throughout your shift
• Available to work at least 1 weekend shift a week
• Working smartphone for company apps

Nice To Haves

• Former experience in warehouse, operations, sales, and customer service are especially well-suited for this role.

Responsibilities

• Roll out in a branded truck with your teammate to different customer sites
• Talk with customers, explain our service, and close on-the-spot sales
• Lift and haul heavy items (75+ lbs)
• Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
• Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and teamwork
