Independent Living Manager (LOOM)
About The Position
The Independent Living Apartment Manager leads the community’s operations and management team, with a focus on resident safety, happiness, engagement, and purposeful living. The role includes coaching and mentoring team members, directing the management team toward operational and financial goals, and planning and executing marketing and sales initiatives to support community growth. The manager ensures the community operates according to Civitas policies and government regulations, and helps the team adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. The position is with Legacy Oaks of Midlothian in Midlothian, Texas. New hires must complete a screening process required by state regulations; employment offers are contingent on successful completion. A full job description is available upon request.
Requirements
- One or more years of experience in a leadership capacity in the senior living industry.
- Proven track record in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Adaptable mindset to foster new ideas and encourage continuous improvement.

- Proficiency in RealPage, Enquire, or related software systems.
