Independent Living Manager (LOOM)
About The Position
The Independent Living Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for the community, with a focus on empowering residents to live independently and creating a safe, happy, and purposeful environment. The manager coaches and mentors team members, directs the management team toward operational and financial goals, and oversees strategic marketing and sales initiatives to support community growth. The role also requires ensuring that community operations follow Civitas policies and government regulations, while motivating others to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Requirements
- At least one year of leadership experience in the senior living industry.
- Proven experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- An adaptable mindset that fosters new ideas and continuous improvement.

- Proficiency in RealPage, Enquire, or related software systems.
Responsibilities
