About The Position

This is a high-income, inbound sales opportunity where you will work exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads who are actively seeking help. Your role is to guide them through their options, build trust, and enroll them into the right solution. You will be backed by a strong support team, proven systems, and leadership that knows how to help you win. The compensation is built for high performers with a base pay of $17/hour (full-time) and a commission of $12,000 – $17,000+ per month, with top earners making upwards of $240,000+ annually. There is no commission cap, allowing for unlimited income. The company provides paid sales training and support, including learning from high-performing sales managers, hands-on training with real call scenarios, scripts, and objection handling, and ongoing 1:1 coaching and feedback.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of sales experience (call center or high-volume preferred)
• Confident closer with strong communication skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and money-motivated
• Able to build trust quickly and handle sensitive conversations
• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from motivated prospects ready to take action
• Run structured discovery calls to understand each client’s situation
• Recommend and enroll clients into tailored tax resolution programs
• Own your pipeline from first call to close
• Build trust through a consultative, empathetic sales approach
