As the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, you will deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales. Employees will be required to make outbound calls as well.

Requirements

  • Inbound Phone Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a high-volume inbound sales or customer service environment.
  • Sales & Communication Skills: Confident, persuasive, goal-oriented communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • Call Center Readiness: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • CRM experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Multitasking Ability: Able to navigate multiple systems and screens while actively engaging customers
  • Work Ethic & Reliability: Strong attendance, punctuality, and ability to manage workload independently
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce a plus
  • Cloud contact center platforms (Five9 a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from potential customers in a fast-paced environment and outbound as well
  • Build rapport, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Clearly explain features, pricing, and benefits to maximize order value
  • Confidently and professionally handle objections using proven sales techniques
  • Accurately enter customer and order details into CRM systems
  • Make follow-up calls on non-converted inquiries
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals and quality metrics
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to continuously improve performance
