As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will help consumers across the nation make impactful financial decisions and achieve freedom from high-interest debt. You will receive qualified inquiries from individuals actively seeking financial solutions. - Ability to reliably commute to our Tampa, FL 33634 location.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in inside sales, call centers, financial services, collections, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- English / Spanish bilingual capability is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Field incoming national inquiries and examine client income, assets, and monthly expenses.
- Work directly with potential clients to build custom financial plans that reduce high-interest debt obligations.
- Walk clients step-by-step through our proven debt resolution programs to put them on the path to financial relief.
