About The Position

Bosley HairClub is looking for high-performing bilingual inside sales professionals who know how to build trust, guide conversations, overcome objections, and earn commitment, in both English and Spanish. This isn't a traditional call center role or an appointment-setting job. You'll work exclusively with qualified inbound leads: people who have already reached out because they're actively looking for solutions. Many of the clients we serve nationwide prefer to have these conversations in Spanish, and being able to meet them in the language they're most comfortable with makes a real difference. Your job is to understand their needs, educate them on their options, and secure their commitment to an in-person consultation with one of our hair restoration experts. Every consultation you close helps someone take a step toward feeling more confident and gives you the opportunity to increase your earnings.

Requirements

Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written (language proficiency will be assessed during the hiring process)
Proven success in sales, ideally consultative or phone-based
Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Comfort working in a CRM and hitting measurable goals
