About The Position
Bosley HairClub is seeking high-performing bilingual inside sales professionals fluent in both English and Spanish. This role involves working exclusively with qualified inbound leads, meaning individuals who have already expressed interest in hair restoration solutions. The primary responsibility is to engage these leads, understand their needs, educate them on available options, and secure their commitment to an in-person consultation with a hair restoration expert. This is not a traditional call center or appointment-setting job, but rather a consultative sales role focused on building trust and guiding clients through their decision-making process. Success in this role directly contributes to clients feeling more confident and offers significant earning potential.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written (language proficiency will be assessed during the hiring process)
- Proven success in sales, ideally consultative or phone-based
- Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Comfort working in a CRM and hitting measurable goals
