About The Position

We are seeking a sharp, strategic Sales Development Representative to own our inbound pipeline. The primary metric for success is growing qualified pipeline, not just booking calls or hitting activity targets. This role requires AI fluency, with the ability to leverage tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity for efficient prospect research, site audits, marketing analysis, and crafting insightful email responses. The goal is to make every prospect smarter for having read your communication.

Requirements

  • A killer emailer: write clearly, persuasively, with personality, and without templates.
  • Ability to understand prospect's true meaning from brief replies.
  • Quick learner: absorb new domains fast and figure out unknowns before the next reply.
  • AI fluent: daily use of tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity, with opinions on their best uses and built workflows.
  • Curious by default: instinct to research companies before replying.
  • Fast: respond to hot leads promptly.
  • Pipeline minded: understand the difference between any call and a qualified call; willing to disqualify wrong fits.
  • Competitive: desire to win, track numbers, and outperform.
  • Coachable: take feedback without ego and adjust.
  • 1–3 years of B2B outreach, sales development, recruiting, customer success, or a similar role involving written communication at scale and pipeline growth.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th gen or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th gen or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and functional during power interruptions.
  • A functioning webcam.
  • A noise-canceling USB headset.
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • A smartphone for communication and verification.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in digital marketing, SEO, paid media, web dev, or any agency-side role.
  • Experience with Attio, Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, Instantly.
  • Experience building Claude Projects or custom prompt workflows for repeated tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inbound replies in Master Inbox throughout the day.
  • Research every prospect using AI tools before responding.
  • Conduct multi-turn email conversations to qualify, educate, and warm up SMB and mid-market marketing buyers.
  • Efficiently disqualify prospects who are not a good fit (wrong budget, timing, or decision authority).
  • Move qualified prospects to the VP of Sales' calendar with a full brief.
  • Log every interaction in Attio for team context.
  • Iterate on strategies to improve performance.
