About The Position

Guardian Tax works with individuals actively seeking help with IRS and tax debt challenges. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls, quickly understand each client’s situation, and guide them toward the right solution. This is a fully inbound, phone-based sales position with no cold calling. You’ll work with motivated individuals looking for assistance, using strong communication, confidence, and solution-based selling to move conversations toward resolution and close business.

• Experience in commission-based or high-volume sales environments
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based culture
