Join Mutual of Omaha as a Licensed Inbound Sales Consultant and turn inbound calls into closed deals. In our fast-paced Direct Sales Center, you won’t be fielding service calls — you’ll be working with inbound leads to assess needs, overcome objections, and recommend insurance solutions that protect what matters most. If you’re not already licensed, you’ll have the support to earn your life, health, and accident insurance licenses within your first 90 days, with Mutual of Omaha covering exam costs for up to three attempts. Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST Training classes begin Thursday, July 9th Post-training schedules: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST or 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. CST Rotating Saturdays every 5 weeks Applicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment.
