Your focus will be on building trust, identifying client needs, and guiding them toward the right resolution. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Speak with inbound callers seeking tax relief assistance
• Build rapport quickly and uncover client concerns
• Educate clients on available programs and solutions
• Lead conversations confidently and effectively toward closing deals
• Stay motivated in a goal-oriented sales environment
• Track performance and consistently improve closing ratios
