About The Position

A. Duie Pyle is hiring a full-time Inbound Dockworker in Albany, NY. The listed base rate is $23.55 per hour, plus a $0.70 shift differential, with the rate increasing to $29.05 after 12 months of employment. Requirements

Ability to safely operate equipment and follow all company and government safety rules and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience operating a forklift or other material-handling equipment.
Prior experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics.

Responsibilities

Load and unload freight on trailers using appropriate equipment, such as a forklift or electric pallet jack.
Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers to ensure safe transport.
Use the document management system to track and monitor freight shipment locations throughout the terminal.
Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
Maintain a flexible schedule, including possible day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Work with a customer-service-first mentality.
Safely operate equipment and follow company and government safety rules and regulations.
