About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check their quality, and make selections that meet customers’ expectations. You also keep orders organized and ready for pickup, carefully bag items, manage substitutions when needed, and coordinate orders for timely handoff to customers. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a fast-paced store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in different store areas.

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick items for online customer orders throughout the store.
• Select high-quality products from perishable and non-perishable departments and check product quality.
• Fulfill orders accurately, including making appropriate substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Organize and carefully bag orders for pickup or delivery.
• Coordinate orders with team members and prepare them for timely customer handoff.
• Use handheld devices and digital systems to pick and track orders.
• Follow order fulfillment processes, company standards, and safety, sanitation, and dress policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers picking up orders.
