About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check product quality, and make selections that meet customer expectations. You also bag and organize orders, manage substitutions when needed, and coordinate orders for timely pickup or delivery. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders in a steady, fast-paced store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in different store areas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Clear and professional communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Organization and time-management skills for handling multiple orders.
• Ability to adapt to changing order volumes and priorities.
