About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store picking items, checking quality, and making selections that meet customer expectations. You keep orders organized and ready for pickup by carefully bagging items, managing substitutions, and coordinating orders for timely handoff. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires customer communication, accurate product selection and order fulfillment, organization, comfort using handheld devices and digital order systems, and adaptability to changing order volume and priorities. It also requires continuous movement throughout different store areas and lifting up to 50 pounds. The schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and accurate order fulfillment.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move continuously throughout the store, work in different store areas, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Clear and professional communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy and adapt to changing order volume and priorities.
