About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check product quality, and make selections that meet customer expectations. You also keep orders organized and ready for pickup or delivery by bagging items carefully, managing substitutions, and coordinating orders for timely handoff. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders in a steady-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in different store areas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick products for customers’ online orders throughout the store.
