About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, assess their quality, and make selections intended to meet customer expectations. You also keep orders organized and ready for pickup, carefully bag items, manage substitutions when needed, and coordinate orders for timely handoff. The work includes shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a steady, fast-paced environment.

The position requires customer service, accuracy, organization, comfort using handheld devices and digital order systems, and adaptability as order volume and priorities change. The role involves continuous movement throughout different store areas and lifting up to 50 pounds. Employees must follow company policies and applicable safety, sanitation, and dress standards. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
