About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring Retail Lead Generation Specialists to represent its HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Colonial Heights, Virginia. The role involves engaging shoppers, learning about their home comfort needs, explaining available services, and generating qualified leads for in-home consultations or service appointments. HVAC experience is not required. The position offers hourly pay of $20–$22 plus uncapped commission, with stated average earning potential of $25–$35 per hour including commission. Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities are available; weekend availability is required. Paid training is provided, and the role may offer a path to HVAC Sales Advisor positions. Full-time employees receive additional benefits. Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.

Responsibilities
