About The Position

Hydra Pure Group and Georgian Water & Air provide water treatment and air purification solutions through retail and home service partnerships. The In Store Representative works at a designated Home Services booth inside participating Home Depot stores, engaging customers and introducing homeowners to a free in-home water testing service. The role involves generating leads, scheduling complimentary appointments, and representing the Home Services team in a friendly, professional manner. There is no door-to-door canvassing or cold calling. Full training is provided, including a one-day orientation, product knowledge, information about the in-home water testing process, and guidance on representing the Home Services program. A background check is required; successful candidates receive a certificate of completion.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned Home Depot locations.
• Must own or obtain steel-toe safety boots.
• Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, comfortable approaching customers, positive, and willing to learn.
• Must complete a required background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, customer service, or promotional experience is an asset, but not required.
