About The Position

We are seeking friendly and motivated individuals to represent Heating & Cooling services inside the nation’s largest home improvement stores. The role involves engaging with shoppers, providing information about Heating & Cooling options, and setting appointments for in-home consultations. Representatives are expected to represent the company in a professional and approachable manner.

Requirements

• Be outgoing, approachable, and comfortable speaking with people.
• Have a reliable and professional demeanor.
• Have a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Engage with shoppers and provide information about Heating & Cooling options.
• Set appointments for in-home consultations.
• Represent the company in a professional and approachable manner.

Benefits

• Base hourly pay plus a $25 bonus for every appointment set and completed.
• $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
• Flexible scheduling starting at 20 hours per week.
• A five-day work week, including Saturdays.
