In-Store Promotion Representative
About The Position
The In-Store Promotion Representative generates sales leads and schedules appointments with retail customers for store-sponsored HVAC system maintenance, repairs, and replacements. Representatives work in local Home Depot locations and speak with customers on behalf of the company. No HVAC experience is required; training is provided. The role suits outgoing, confident, enthusiastic individuals who are comfortable speaking with others. Pay is $18.00 per hour plus a $25 bonus for each successful appointment scheduled. The position offers flexible and consistent scheduling, with Friday through Sunday required, uncapped earning potential, paid training and development, and a culture focused on growth, community, and financial freedom. The schedule is described as day shift, Monday to Friday, with no nights and weekend availability required. The position is onsite.
