About The Position

American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for its Knoxville-area team, with opportunities at locations in Knoxville, Maryville, Centerline, Oak Ridge, Sevierville, Lenoir City, and Morristown. Representatives work inside local Home Depot stores, engage shoppers, and schedule appointments for homeowners to receive a free water test. Requirements

• Customer-facing experience, such as in serving, retail, or a call center.
• Ability to speak with customers confidently and enthusiastically.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and feel comfortable with rejection.
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn app-based systems.
• Ability to work at least one weekend day.
• Ability to walk around a Home Depot store for a four-hour shift.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately.
