The In-Seat Attendant is responsible for quality, hospitality, and customer service. This role works hand in hand with the In-Seat Pantry Coordinator, Bartenders, and Servers. The In-Seat Attendant is responsible for the timely execution and accurate delivery of quality food and beverage items to seating locations around the Club Level. The attendant works with their counterparts to help maintain food quality, monitor hold times, and ensure the safety/sanitation standards of the department. Attendants are to assist with any other task the Food & Beverage Management team requests.
