About The Position
The In Room Dining Server maintains high service standards and provides positive, warm hospitality. The role includes cashiering and check control, serving food and beverages according to use records and established procedures, and assisting with busing tables when necessary. The server is expected to attend to details such as keeping water glasses filled and tables clear of dirty dishes, maintain knowledge of food items, and demonstrate excellent communication and guest relations skills.
