We are looking for our next great team member to join us as an AM, In Room Dining Server (IRD) in our Food and Beverage Department. Requirements
- Food Safe certification
- Serving It Right certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for guest in-room dining.
- Take guest orders, relay special requests to the kitchen, and ensure everything is delivered correctly.
- Gather necessary details to process orders smoothly using excellent phone etiquette.
- Use the point-of-sales system to communicate and verify orders with the kitchen.
- Coordinate and promptly deliver amenities to guests.
