About The Position

The In Room Dining Server provides top-level service that matches the quality of the food and products served at the Warren Street Hotel. The role calls for a dependable, enthusiastic professional who communicates well, has a passion for food and beverage, and can read guests’ needs to deliver memorable service. The position may also support the Mini Bar when necessary.

Requirements

Experience as a Room Service server or a server in a hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Knowledge of the Micros POS System.
Strong organization skills.
Ability to communicate well, be dependable, and work enthusiastically.
Ability to work AM and PM shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Full understanding of New York City Health Department standards and regulations.

Wine and champagne knowledge.
