About The Position

The In-Room Dining Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service directly to guest rooms while maintaining Forbes Five-Star standards. This role creates memorable guest experiences through personalized service, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong communication and guest service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
Ability to lift and carry food trays and service equipment.
Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous food and beverage, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with professionalism and attention to detail.
Set up and present meals according to Forbes Five-Star service standards.
Provide personalized, anticipatory service and respond promptly to guest requests.
Ensure order accuracy and maintain clear communication with culinary and service teams.
Clear trays, tables, and service items in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment.
Promote resort amenities and enhance the guest experience through exceptional hospitality.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
