We are seeking a Server Assistant to join our In-Room Dining team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. This role is a flexible position (AM/PM). All candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights. Open and flexible availability preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Prior food and beverage experience.
• Food handling certificate.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, leaders and fellow employees to ensure mutual understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Ability to understand guests' service needs.
• Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to guest rooms within any given period.
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain good coordination while serving orders quickly.
• Ability to exert physical effort in transporting, hot boxes, trays and tables from guest rooms to service areas.
• Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work areas.
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work cohesively with hoteliers as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service.
• Certification in C.P.R.
• Certification in alcohol awareness program.

Responsibilities

• Supports the delivery of exceptional in-room dining experiences for resort guests.
• Assists with order preparation, tray and cart setup, timely delivery, and retrieval of items while maintaining the highest standards of service.
• Assists with the maintenance of the In-Room Dining (IRD) area, IRD Server Assistant breakdown station, equipment, and tables.
• Ensures accurate, efficient support to the In-Room Dining team.
• Upholds cleanliness and organization of the department.
• Contributes to a seamless, luxury guest experience.
