About The Position
In Room Dining Busperson responsibilities include consistently offering professional, engaging, and friendly service. The role ensures hotel hallways and guest rooms are clear of dirty Food and Beverage china, silverware, glassware, and linen. This position assists servers in table setup and clearing, handles the delivery and refreshment of guest amenities, and replenishes clean linens and food supplies for the department. The Busperson also cleans and polishes IRD tables, hot boxes, refrigerators, coffee urns, and maintains the cleanliness of the IRD department area. Additionally, they may run errands and deliver food orders to offices and hotel rooms, while adhering to hotel safety rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience is an asset
- Ability to deliver engaging guest service
- Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
