About The Position

We are seeking an In-Home Sales Representative who is experienced in closing sales on the first visit. This role is different from traditional sales jobs, offering pre-set and pre-qualified appointments that conclude by 6 pm, eliminating the need for cold calls or door-knocking. The product, foam insulation injected into existing home walls, is unique and has been successfully implemented in over 200,000 homes nationwide. This position offers flexibility, allowing for both full-time and part-time arrangements, with the possibility of building appointments around your schedule. Full-time representatives can expect a full calendar.

Requirements

Proven experience in in-home sales, with a track record of closing on the first visit.
Ability to handle customer objections and close deals at the table.
Professional demeanor, with the ability to persuade rather than push.
Experience selling products such as roofing, HVAC, windows, siding, solar, security, or remodels is a plus.
Willingness to work some Saturdays during the busy season for full-time roles.

Nice To Haves

Experience with unique or proprietary products.
Ability to work part-time, with a schedule of two weekdays and a 4-6 hour block on those days, plus a couple of Saturdays a month in the busy season.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home sales presentations for a unique foam insulation product.
Close sales on the first visit by effectively addressing customer concerns and objections.
Manage appointments that end by 6 pm.
Sell additional services such as attic and crawlspace insulation.
Utilize provided product and process training to become an expert on the offering.
