You’ll work directly with homeowners affected by storm damage, help guide them through the insurance restoration process, and manage projects from start to finish. Requirements

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excited by performance-based income.
• Comfortable talking to new people and building trust quickly.
• Don’t mind working outdoors, climbing ladders, and knocking doors consistently.
• Valid driver’s license
• Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners.
• Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently.
• Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval.
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Generate referrals and create long-term relationships in your territory.
