About The Position

Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated, coachable individuals for a Roofing Sales Representative role. No prior roofing experience is necessary, as comprehensive paid training will be provided. This role offers the opportunity to earn a six-figure income through a commission-based structure after an initial 90-day paid training period. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, enjoy interacting with people, and be driven to succeed in a career where income is directly tied to performance.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs safely
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment as needed

Nice To Haves

No roofing or sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the insurance restoration process.
Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
Manage each project from the initial inspection through final completion.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Maintain communication with customers throughout the entire process.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving personal sales goals.
