About The Position

Bathroom Pros is hiring an In-Home Sales & Design Consultant to meet with homeowners who have requested information about the company’s bathroom remodeling products and services. The role involves conducting in-home consultations, understanding customers’ needs and goals, designing customized bathroom remodeling solutions, presenting product options and pricing, and guiding customers through the decision-making process. Consultants follow the company’s sales system and are expected to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role offers pre-qualified appointments, sales training, ongoing coaching and support, and advancement opportunities at a growing bathroom remodeling company in New Jersey. Compensation is uncapped and performance-based; top performers are stated to earn $200,000–$300,000 or more annually. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
