About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring an In Home Sales Consultant for full-time, year-round work. The role involves meeting residential homeowners, assessing their comfort needs, and presenting tailored HVAC system solutions in a consultative sales capacity. Company-generated leads are pre-set, and the position includes installation support, fast turnaround, and industry-leading warranties. Compensation is performance-based, with top performers averaging $100,000–$200,000+ annually; pay is not guaranteed and any additional compensation will be detailed in an offer letter addendum.

Requirements

• Prior residential in-home sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Nice To Haves

• One-call-close experience is strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge is preferred, though required in some locations.

Responsibilities
