About The Position

Floor Coverings International brings the showroom to the customer's living room. You'll drive a fully-stocked Mobile Showroom van to homeowners' doors, walk them through flooring options on a tablet, and help them fall in love with their new space. Then you close the deal and hand off to our install team. This role involves running warm, scheduled in-home appointments, selling with a tablet system that shows room visualizations, pricing, and product info, and owning the whole client relationship from first hello to referral request. You will also actively network to grow your pipeline by building ongoing relationships with builders, designers, realtors, and past clients to create a steady referral income stream.

Requirements

2+ years of outside sales, in-home sales, or another high-trust, face-to-face sales role
A natural networker who's genuinely energized by meeting builders, designers, realtors, and past clients — and turning those relationships into referral business
Someone who's competitive, coachable, and closes with integrity — not pressure
Comfortable with a tablet-based sales process (we'll train you on the specifics)
Valid driver's license
