This role involves meeting with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes to design bathroom remodeling solutions, helping families improve the safety, functionality, and value of their homes. The company emphasizes that this is an opportunity for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and seeking to overcome income ceilings, rather than just a job. The compensation is performance-based, with top performers earning $200,000–$300,000+ annually, and there is no cap on earnings.
