About The Position

The agency seeks compassionate caregivers to provide hands-on personal care and companionship. Caregivers assist with personal care, daily living activities, mobility, errands, and transportation to appointments. Requirements

• Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone for GPS clock-ins (EVV compliance).

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of home care experience is preferred, though the agency will train the right candidate.
• Having a backup plan for car trouble is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care (peri-care).
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist clients with transfers and range-of-motion exercises.
• Run errands and drive clients to appointments using a personal vehicle.
• Use a smartphone for GPS clock-ins to comply with EVV requirements.
