About The Position

TCH is seeking nurturing, compassionate, and responsible caregivers to provide personal care to supported individuals in a private home. Care must be consistent with expectations set by the family and the agency. The role requires driving. Applicants must pass background checks and a pre-employment drug screen, hold an Arizona driver’s license, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Paid training is provided. Shifts vary and may involve substitute work and driving. TCH is a smoke- and tobacco-free workplace.

Requirements

• Pass background checks.

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold an Arizona driver’s license.
• Meet the driving requirements of the position, including a motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to supported individuals in a private home.
• Attend to supported individuals’ needs in accordance with expectations set by the family and the agency.
• Drive as required.
