About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care is hiring Personal Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to help patients remain independent and safe in their own homes. Prior experience is not required. The company provides paid, in-office training to help caregivers start their careers. Pay is competitive and based on certifications and experience, with flexible scheduling. Daily pay is available: work today and get paid tomorrow.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check as required by the state.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of all patient information.
• Assist with meal preparation, serving meals, cleaning meal-preparation areas, and helping patients eat as needed and applicable.
• Provide personal care, including tub, shower, or bed baths; assistance with dressing and grooming; denture care; and skin care.
• Complete housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, dusting, cleaning the refrigerator, and washing and putting away dishes.
• Complete laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away laundry; perform laundry tasks at a laundromat if needed.
• Assist with errands such as grocery shopping, picking up medical supplies, and going to the post office.
• Be reliable and dependable, arrive on time, and rarely be absent from work.
